Yoga Flow is an Intelligent and Mindful fusion of an alignment focused practice incorporating elements of teaching from diverse disciplines; Iyengar, Scaravelli, Vinyasa, Qigong through the traditional Asanas; postures. Weaving in important and relevant scriptural and philosophical elements to stimulate our minds, develop an understanding of the practice and enhance your experience.

We learn the importance of our foundations… our connection to the earth, the way we use our feet to develop a sense of physical stability, symmetry and a proprioception. Find integrity in each pose.
In Yoga Flow we explore our breath; “For breath is life…Life is breath so if you breath well you will live long on earth”, (Sanskrit Proverb).
Breath may seem like something we do not need to give thought to, however in discovering Pranayama; awareness of the breath, and understanding your natural habits, you will find the ability to calm, settle and focus your mind, enhance your concentration, support you through stressful situations and improve the overall quality of your natural breath.
